We're collectors first, so we pack every order the way we'd want to receive it. Here's exactly how your cards travel from our shelves in Newtown, Pennsylvania to your door.
Singles
Every raw single goes into a penny sleeve and a top loader, then into a bubble mailer with rigid card protection to keep it flat and safe.
Graded cards
Slabs ship in their original grading holder, padded for the trip.
Sealed boxes
Factory-sealed boxes always ship inside a real shipping box with padding, never a soft mailer, to protect the corners and shrink wrap. Every box we sell is factory sealed and bought from retail or authorized sources. We never sell opened or resealed product.
How fast it ships
- Orders ship within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. holidays).
- U.S. orders go out by USPS with tracking, and you'll get a tracking email as soon as the label is created.
- Delivery usually takes 2 to 5 business days after shipping.
- U.S. shipping is free on orders of $200 and up.
If something isn't right
U.S. orders can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Sealed products need to stay sealed, singles need to come back in the same sleeve and top loader, and graded cards in the original slab. If we made a mistake or something was damaged in transit, we cover the return shipping. Email hello@rocardco.com and we'll sort it out. Full details are in our refund policy.
