PROCESSING

We ship from Newtown, Pennsylvania. Orders ship within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your label is created.

U.S. SHIPPING RATES

Orders under $50: $6.99

Orders $50 to $199.99: $9.99

Orders $200 and up: free

U.S. orders ship by USPS (Ground Advantage or Priority Mail, depending on size and value) with tracking. Delivery usually takes 2-5 business days after shipping.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship to most countries. Rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the weight of your order. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees, which are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in our prices. International orders are final sale (see our Return and refund policy). Delivery times vary by country and customs processing.

HOW WE PACK

Every single card is placed in a penny sleeve and a top loader (or stays in its graded slab), team-bagged, and shipped in a bubble mailer with rigid card protection. Sealed boxes ship inside a shipping box with padding, never in a soft mailer.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, email hello@rocardco.com within 7 days of the delivery date (or the expected delivery date) and we'll make it right with a replacement or a refund.
